When is the earliest I can book online?<\/a><\/h3>
<\/p>\n

Online booking is available from 6 months prior to your visit, right up until the day of your stay (at most 180 days before). We ask for your understanding in the event that we are fully booked. We register our booking slots at the start of each month. (E.g.: Bookings for stays starting on 30 September will be possible from 1 April. Bookings for 1 October will start from 1 May.<\/p>\n

Can the person making the booking be different to the person who will stay at your hotel?<\/a><\/h3>
<\/p>\n

Yes. Please enter the name of the person who will stay at the hotel in the \u2018lodger\u2019s name\u2019 section.<\/p>\n

Can I book a room via telephone at the online rate?<\/a><\/h3>
<\/p>\n

The online rate is restricted to internet bookings, so unfortunately we cannot offer this over the phone.<\/p>\n

What should I do if I want to change or cancel my booking?<\/a><\/h3>
<\/p>\n

Online bookings can be changed or cancelled on the \u2018booking confirmation\u2019 page. If you would like to change or cancel a booking on the day of your stay, please telephone our front desk.

Can I be placed on a cancellation waiting list if you are fully booked on my preferred date?<\/a><\/h3>

We apologize for the inconvenience, but we do not offer this service for bookings over the internet or phone. We ask that you regularly check our availability.<\/p>\n

When will I need to pay my room fees?<\/a><\/h3>
<\/p>\n

For both payments in cash and credit card, we operate a payment in advance system. Please pay at the front desk during check in. Guests staying for two or more nights in a row can pay each day\u2019s fees separately (these daily fees must be paid in the mornings).<\/p>\n

Can payment be made by someone different to the person staying at your hotel?<\/a><\/h3>
<\/p>\n

Yes. Please make sure that room fees are paid before the first day of your stay.<\/p>\n

Do you provide breakfast?<\/a><\/h3>
<\/p>\n

As of February 2023, breakfast is not available at the hotel. It is possible to guide you to nearby convenience stores and restaurants that are open from breakfast.<\/p>\n

What facilities and services do you offer?<\/a><\/h3>

Can I use the internet?<\/a><\/h3>
<\/p>\n

Cable and wireless LAN internet connection is provided in each room. Please bring a laptop or other device if you wish to use this service.<\/p>\n

Can I send my luggage to your hotel in advance of my stay?<\/a><\/h3>
<\/p>\n

You can send your luggage to us if you fill out your name and date of stay below our hotel address on the package. We will keep this at the front desk. We will not be able to handle packages requiring payment on delivery.<\/p>\n

Is it possible to leave my luggage with you?<\/a><\/h3>
<\/p>\n

This can be done at the front desk only before check-in and on the same day.
\nAs a general rule, we do not store your luggage after check-out.<\/p>\n

What time is check in and checkout?<\/a><\/h3>
<\/p>\n

Check in is from 15:30. Checkout is at 10:00.<\/p>\n

What happens if my arrival is delayed?<\/a><\/h3>
<\/p>\n

Check in is possible even late at night, but if you will arrive later than 12pm, or if you will be over an hour later than stated on your booking, then we ask that you contact the front desk. If we do not hear anything from you, we may have to concede your room to another guest.<\/p>\n

What should I be aware of when staying consecutive nights?<\/a><\/h3>
<\/p>\n

Please feel free to leave your belongings, excluding valuables, in your room when you leave for the day. The rooms of the hotel is automatically locked, so please bring your card key until you check out.Our staff will enter your room to carry out cleaning sometime between 10:00 \u2013 14:30, so please tell us what time would be convenient for you.<\/p>\n

What time do the hotel front doors close?<\/a><\/h3>
<\/p>\n

For security purposes, the hotel entrance is locked from 1:00 am to 5:00 am. When returning late at night, you can enter by holding your card key over the sensor on the right side of the entrance.<\/p>\n

Can I delay my checkout time?<\/a><\/h3>
<\/p>\n

In order to delay checkout from 10:00 up to 14:00, a charge of \u00a5800* per person per hour will be applied. *VAT not included.<\/strong>
\nIf you stay past 14:00, you will be charged the full cost of a standard room for the night. This charge will be the same even if you are staying with us on a discounted fee. Depending on the booking situation on the day, we may have to refuse a request for checkout extension.<\/p>\n

Do you have a parking lot?<\/a><\/h3>
<\/p>\n

We have space for 2 cars to park. The fee is \u00a51500 per car per night up until 10:00am. We ask for your understanding that our hotel accepts no liability for accidents in the parking lot, excluding cases of significant negligence on our part.<\/p>\n

Are there convenience stores nearby?<\/a><\/h3>
<\/p>\n

There are several convenience stores within a 2 minute walk of our hotel (Seven Eleven, Family Mart, Sunkus, and Lawson etc.)<\/p>\n

Can I use your delivery service?<\/a><\/h3>
<\/p>\n

Yes, but we only allow guests to send payment on delivery packages with Yamato Transport.<\/p>\n

Do you have any vending machines?<\/a><\/h3>
<\/p>\n

Main building 2nd floor: Seiryo Soft Drinks, canned beer, shochu highballs etc.<\/p>\n

What are your fees for children?<\/a><\/h3>
<\/p>\n

We do not have any special fees for children \u2013 their fees are the same as for regular adults. (If you have a child under elementary school age who will be sleeping together with you, there is no charge. If you are staying in a Japanese-style room, there may be an added fee depending on your usage of futons).<\/strong><\/p>\n

Do you have non-smoking rooms?<\/a><\/h3>
<\/p>\n

As of April 2017, the 4th and 5th floors of both the main building and annex are non-smoking floors. These contain 3 single rooms, 19 semi-double rooms, 2 double rooms, 4 twin rooms, and 2 Japanese-style rooms \u2013 30 rooms altogether.<\/p>\n

Can I have a massage in my room?<\/a><\/h3>
<\/p>\n

Please request this at the front desk.
\nWe ask for your understanding that we do not admit any massage companies apart from those our hotel already has arrangements with.<\/p>\n
