Check-in is at 3:30pm. Check out is at 10:00 am.
As a general rule, the latest check-in time is 1:00 am.
For security reasons, the hotel entrance will be automatically locked by a timer from 1:00 am to 5:00 am.
Customers returning after 1:00 am can enter by holding the card key over the entrance sensor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
When Going Outside the Hotel<\/h3>\n\n\n\n
The rooms of hotel is automatically locked, so please bring your card key with you until you check out.
*Please note that if you lose it, you will be charged compensation.
We accept advance payment from guests at check in time.
If your checkout is later than 10:00, the following extension charges will apply.
10:00 \u2013 14:00: \u00a5800 + VAT per person per hour.
After 14:00: the total fee for an overnight stay in one room<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cancellation one day in advance: 20% of the room fee for one night
Cancellation on the day: 80% of the room fee for one night
