When can I make a reservation online ?

You can make a reservation online up to the end of 6 months ahead, except
full occupancy. In the beginning of the month, we start to take a reservation
for a next two months.
For example:
(1)To make a reservation online for September 30th,
we start to sell a room online on April 1st.
(2)To make a reservation online for October 1st,
we start to sell a room online on May 1st.

We take advance payment system for all guest.
Kindly pay amount room charge by JPY cash or credit card at check in time.
We could accept payment day by day, in case of your staying schedule is
not fixed. But kindly pay the fee before noon.

government tax from 07:00am to 09:00am. Please reserve it at a front desk.

Can I use internet in the hotel ?

You can use both high-speeed ethernet LAN and wireless internet access
(WiFi) in all rooms.
Also we have 24 cable internet access rooms.
Please bring your laptop computer by your self.

Can I send a luggage in advance ?

Please make sure that your check in date and your full name on a delivery sheet. Then send it by delivery service to a front desk.
We Keep it at a front desk.

What can I do in case of late arrival for planned check in time ?

You can check in even in the midnight, but you are strictly requested to contact us in advance when you check in after 24:00 or when you be late over an hour for planned check in time.
In case of no contact, we may cancel your reservation and sell the room
for another guest.

You could leave a luggage except valuable thing in your room.
But you're strictly requested to deposit a room key at a front desk.
We clean up a room from 10:00am to 14:30pm.

Do you have a curfew ?

|
|
Yes, we close entrance for security at 01:00am.
Please deposit a room key at a front desk when you go out of hotel. Also
please let us know when you return to a hotel after 01:00am. Night front
staff will take care of you.

Can I extend my stay ?

|
Yes, you are kindly requested to pay additional charge as follows:
- JPY800 per hour per person (From 10:00am to 14:00pm)
- Government tax should be added in addition.
- You have to pay one night charge when you extend over 14:00pm.
- We could not accept extension by previous reservation request.

Do you charge for a child ?

Yes, we don't have a special price for a child.
The price is as same as adult.
But when a guest stay with his(her) child who is under 5 years in a same
bed in the room, we could not charge it.
Notice: We may charge additional fee for a Japanese style room,
in case of number of person and other conditions.

Yes, we have 30 no smoking rooms in 4F and 5F in Main BLD. and Annex BLD.
We have 3 single rooms, 19 semi-double rooms, 2double room, 4 twin rooms,
