  Check in time : 15:30pm, Check out time: 10:00am
  The last check in time is 25:00am in general.
  We close entrance at 25:00am for security.
  
• When you return after 25:00, please tell a front staff in advance.
• Please deposit a room key at a front desk.
• Only registered guests are permitted to use the guest room. Please do not invite your visitors into your room.The Lobby is open to visitors who come to see you.
• We take advance payment system for all guests.
  Please pay amount charges by JPY cash or credit card at check in time.
• Guests are requested to pay additional charges when the guest occupy the room after check out time as follows.
  Until 14:00pm --- It costs JPY840 per person per hour
  After 14:00pm --- It costs a room charge in full.

• Cancellation policy
  When the guest cancel a reservation, we are to have a cancellation charge as follows.
  Date when cancellation of contract is notified.
  1 Day Prior to Accommodation Day --- 20 percent of accommodation fee.
  Accommodation Day --- 80 percent of accommodation fee.
  No Show ---100 percent of accommodation fee.
