The color scheme for our single, twin, triple, and Japanese-style guest rooms is inspired by the fresh greenery of the Tateshina Highlands in the Shinshu region of Japan. Renovation of the 5th floor
We have remodeled the entire 5th floor of the main building, and made each room non-smoking. The latest double cushion beds from France Bed Co.; bathroom handrails for easy usage; and positive ion and ozone generators have all been installed. Guests can enjoy a fresh room thanks to ozone’s odor eliminating and sterilizing properties.

Guests can access the internet via cable LAN and wireless LAN throughout the hotel and in every room.

Showers and toilets are provided in all our guest rooms.
iPhone chargers
An iPhone charger and FM radio alarm clock are provided in the main building Japanese-style rooms and annex twin room B. *Not compatible with some models.
Entry with card key
You can use your card key from the hotel entrance to your room 24 hours a day without stress.
Check in & Check out
Check-in is at 3:30pm. Check out is at 10:00 am.
As a general rule, the latest check-in time is 1:00 am.
For security reasons, the hotel entrance will be automatically locked by a timer from 1:00 am to 5:00 am.
Customers returning after 1:00 am can enter by holding the card key over the entrance sensor.
When Going Outside the Hotel
The rooms of hotel is automatically locked, so please bring your card key with you until you check out.

We accept advance payment from guests at check in time.
If your checkout is later than 10:00, the following extension charges will apply.
10:00 – 14:00: ¥800 + VAT per person per hour.
After 14:00: the total fee for an overnight stay in one room
Cancelling your Reservation
Please note the booking cancellations fees below.
Cancellation one day in advance: 20% of the room fee for one night
Cancellation on the day: 80% of the room fee for one night
No-show without advance notice: 100% of the room fee for one night

Visitors in Guest Rooms
We strictly do not allow any visitors in our rooms apart from paying guests. Please receive any visitors in the lobby area.
If you would like to order a massage in your room, please ask at the front desk. We will not allow representatives from other massage companies to enter our guest rooms.
