When is the earliest I can book online?

Online booking is available from 6 months prior to your visit, right up until the day of your stay (at most 180 days before). We ask for your understanding in the event that we are fully booked. We register our booking slots at the start of each month. (E.g.: Bookings for stays starting on 30 September will be possible from 1 April. Bookings for 1 October will start from 1 May.

Can the person making the booking be different to the person who will stay at your hotel?

Yes. Please enter the name of the person who will stay at the hotel in the ‘lodger’s name’ section.

Can I book a room via telephone at the online rate?

The online rate is restricted to internet bookings, so unfortunately we cannot offer this over the phone.

What should I do if I want to change or cancel my booking?

Online bookings can be changed or cancelled on the ‘booking confirmation’ page. If you would like to change or cancel a booking on the day of your stay, please telephone our front desk.

Can I be placed on a cancellation waiting list if you are fully booked on my preferred date?

We apologize for the inconvenience, but we do not offer this service for bookings over the internet or phone. We ask that you regularly check our availability.

When will I need to pay my room fees?

For both payments in cash and credit card, we operate a payment in advance system. Please pay at the front desk during check in. Guests staying for two or more nights in a row can pay each day’s fees separately (these daily fees must be paid in the mornings).

Can payment be made by someone different to the person staying at your hotel?

Yes. Please make sure that room fees are paid before the first day of your stay.

Do you provide breakfast?

Currently, breakfast service is not available.

Can I use the internet?

Cable and wireless LAN internet connection is provided in each room. Please bring a laptop or other device if you wish to use this service.

Can I send my luggage to your hotel in advance of my stay?

You can send your luggage to us if you fill out your name and date of stay below our hotel address on the package. We will keep this at the front desk. We will not be able to handle packages requiring payment on delivery.

Is it possible to leave my luggage with you?

Luggage storage before check-in is free of charge. After check-out, luggage can be stored for the same day only at a fee of 500 yen per item.

What time is check in and checkout?

Check in is from 15:30. Checkout is at 10:00.

What happens if my arrival is delayed?

Check in is possible even late at night, but if you will arrive later than 12pm, or if you will be over an hour later than stated on your booking, then we ask that you contact the front desk. If we do not hear anything from you, we may have to concede your room to another guest.

What should I be aware of when staying consecutive nights?

You may leave your belongings in the room while going out, except for valuables.
・Please keep your key card with you until check-out. In the event of loss, a compensation fee of 3,000 yen will be charged.
・Room cleaning staff will enter between 10:00 AM and 2:30 PM. Please let us know your preferred time.

What time do the hotel front doors close?

For security reasons, the curfew is 1:00 AM. Please carry your key card with you when going out. If you return after 1:00 AM, simply hold your key card over the sensor located on the right side of the entrance to enter the building.

Can I delay my checkout time?

In order to delay checkout from 10:00 up to 14:00, a charge of ¥800* per person per hour will be applied. *VAT not included.
If you stay past 14:00, you will be charged the full cost of a standard room for the night. This charge will be the same even if you are staying with us on a discounted fee. Depending on the booking situation on the day, we may have to refuse a request for checkout extension.

Do you have a parking lot?

We have space for 2 cars to park. The fee is ¥1500 per car per night up until 10:00am. We ask for your understanding that our hotel accepts no liability for accidents in the parking lot, excluding cases of significant negligence on our part.

Are there convenience stores nearby?

There are several convenience stores within a 2 minute walk of our hotel (Seven Eleven, Family Mart, Sunkus, and Lawson etc.)

Can I use your delivery service?

Yes, but we only allow guests to send payment on delivery packages with Yamato Transport.

Do you have any vending machines?

Vending machines are available on the 2nd floor of the Main Building (canned beer, chu-hi alcoholic drinks, and soft drinks).
A free purified water server is also available on the 2nd floor of the Main Building.

What are your fees for children?

We do not have any special fees for children – their fees are the same as for regular adults. (If you have a child under elementary school age who will be sleeping together with you, there is no charge. If you are staying in a Japanese-style room, there may be an added fee depending on your usage of futons).

Do you have non-smoking rooms?

The 4th and 5th floors of both the Main Building and Annex Building are non-smoking floors.
(Note) The 3rd floors of both the Main Building and Annex Building are also scheduled to be renovated into non-smoking floors by the end of May.

Can I have a massage in my room?

Please request this at the front desk.
We ask for your understanding that we do not admit any massage companies apart from those our hotel already has arrangements with.
